Invitation to the second tender – real estate located in Przełazy - Lubrza Commune,
Lubuskie Voivodeship – Poland - 09.04.2014
The Board of the Lubuskie Voivodeship as the owner and managing unit of real estates in Przełazy on the basis of the Decree of the Council of Ministers dated on September 14th, 2004 (Govern. Regulations and Laws Gazette 2004 no. 207, pos. 2108) regarding tenders and negotiations invites to the second oral unlimited tender.
Its aim being: sale of the real estate together with buildings with the total area of 5,2663 ha marked by the evidential numbers: 204/4 covered by the Mortgage Register (KW) no. ZG1S/00052319/7.
Taking part in the tender is conditioned by paying the deposit.
The amount, the form, the term of the deposit payment as well as the circumstances of its forfeit are defined within the "Specification of the tender". The specification can be found here.
Offers should include all the elements mentioned in the "Specification of the tender".
The tender will take place on Wednesday, April 09, 2014 at 10:00 am in the Marshal Office of the Lubuskie Voivodeship, room No. 108, ul. Podgórna 7, 65-057 Zielona Góra.
The asking price: 3 120 000,00 PLN (Polish Zloty)*
The amount of tender deposit: 156 000,00 PLN (Polish Zloty)*
