Ele adicionou: Bogdan Zagrobelny | 2015-10-21 13:45:52 CEiS – Central Europe Integrated Solutions, a Polish based company introduced and supported ASSECO in the majority shares acquisition deal (61.4 percent) of Portugal-based rival Exictos for 21.5 million euros ($24 million).
The negotiations were launched in the beginning of January 2015 and were finalized on the beginning of the last September.
Joao Rodrigues, CEiS’ CEO confirmed once more the company enthusiasm and expertize in supporting Polish corporations on their business expansions to Portuguese speaking countries as Portugal, Angola, Mozambique and Brazil.
CEiS is also supporting Portuguese speaking countries to internationalize their activities for Central Europe, especially to the Polish market.
